Fees are charged according to your child’s program, not date of birth. Fees are payable monthly, through pre-authorized debit agreement on the first business day of the month. Should the finances not be available, fees will be due, in addition to a $25 NSF fee.

SUBSIDIZED FEES

Wherever possible, we participate in Government funding programs that will help reduce fees for parents. Some funds come directly to the Society and we repay them to the parents.

Other funding must be applied for by the parents directly. We will offer parents any support they need in accessing these funds. Subsidies do not relieve the parents of any financial responsibility for fees owed. Therefore, if subsidy authorizations are not in place, we will deduct the fees through automatic withdraw, then refund any money due when payment of subsidies is received.

Maven Lane will always support families by participating in any provincial or federal funding opportunities to help families with the cost of child care. For example:

Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative

Maven Lane will apply for families with infants, 3-5 or kindergarten children so they may receive a reduction of fees—no action required for families

Affordable Child Care Benefit

Families with low income—we will always help families with their applications for subsidy funding

UCCPP

We participated in the Universal Pilot Project for $10 per day child care provision and will continue to participate while it is an option—no action required by families
